What data we process
Contact form: name, email address, organisation (if you give it), reason and the message you write.
Technical data: the IP address of whoever sends the form is used only in memory, for a few minutes, to stop abusive submissions. It is not stored in logs. The hosting provider may log technical connection data for security.
What we use it for
To read your message, reply and continue the conversation you start. It is not used for advertising, never sold, no profiles are built and no automated decisions are made about you.
Legal basis
Form: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you send it and which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Technical data: the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Messages: for as long as the conversation lasts and, at most, one year afterwards. Then they are deleted.
IP address: only for the minutes the submission control lasts.
Who it is shared with
It is not passed on to third parties unless required by law.
The website hosting and email delivery providers process data only on behalf of the owner, under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).
International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with GDPR safeguards: a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Requests are answered within one month.
If you think they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send your data.
Security
The site is served encrypted (HTTPS), collects only the data it needs and loads no third-party resources. Access to messages is restricted to the owner.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with its update date.
